Rachid Nejnaoui, a/k/a Nejnaoui Rachid, appeals his jury conviction for aggravated assault. The jury assessed his punishment at twelve years' imprisonment. In eleven issues, or points of error, appellant contends: (1) he has been deprived of an adequate record (issues one, two, three, and four); (2) the trial court erred by overruling his objections to the "grant" court's jurisdiction...
