The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota concluded that J & D Manufacturing and Don Redetzke (collectively J & D) breached a settlement agreement with Schaefer Fan Co., Inc., and Ronald Schaefer (collectively Schaeffer). Because the district court properly retained subject matter jurisdiction and properly interpreted the settlement agreement, this court affirms. J & D also appeals the decision of the district...
