Defendant Jerry W. Foy was charged by bill of information (# 297922 "A") with driving while intoxicated (DWI), fourth offense, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98. The trial court denied defendant's motion styled as a "Motion to Quash and To Suppress Evidence of Prior Offense." Defendant subsequently pled guilty, reserving his right to appeal the denial pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584
