Kjersti Susanna Harding's appeal requires that we address the right of a party to obtain the reopening of a divorce judgment under Minn.Stat. § 518.145, subd. 2(5) (2000), which states that the court may relieve a party from a marriage-dissolution decree where "it is no longer equitable that the judgment and decree or order should have prospective application." The trial court denied appellant's motion to reopen the dissolution...
