¶ 1. Forrest Scott Mabus was found guilty of statutory rape by a Lamar County Circuit Court jury. On appeal, Mabus alleges that the evidence does not support conviction, that important testimony was improperly excluded, that the prosecutor's comments during closing argument were prejudicial, and that the cumulative effect of the various errors constituted a violation of due process. We fail to find that any of Mabus' assertions...
