STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant John Joseph Schaefer ("Defendant") appeals his convictions after a trial by jury of child molesting, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-4-3; and incest, a Class B felony, Ind.Code § 35-46-1-3.

We reverse and remand for a new trial.
