This premises liability action was filed by Timothy Pippin on behalf of his son, Joshua. After the action was filed, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan was joined as a plaintiff to recover sums paid on Joshua's behalf for health care services related to a diagnosis of traumatic brain injury.
