This case requires us to determine whether lump sum cash payments due upon termination and promised to appellants when they executed employment contracts with Commercial Financial Services, Inc., (CFS), were entitled to priority as administrative expenses in CFS's eventual bankruptcy. After reviewing the briefs of the parties, the relevant case law, and the opinions of the bankruptcy court and the district court, we affirm.
