DRANGINIS, J.

The defendant Building Rehabilitations, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court enjoining arbitration.1 On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly concluded that the parties' contract did not provide for arbitration of disputes arising under the contract. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
