Appellant, Loleta Allen-Brown, seeks reversal of her conviction for importing cocaine and possession with intent to distribute. Allen-Brown alleges that Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79, 106 S.Ct. 1712, 90 L.Ed.2d 69 (1986), does not apply in this case or that it was applied in an erroneous manner by the trial court.
