The York City School District (District) appeals from a decision of the Court of Common Pleas of York County (trial court) which reversed the York County Board of Assessment Appeals (Board) and determined that the Hahn Home, a private 501(C)(3) residential home for elderly women, was entitled to real estate tax exemption status on the subject portion of the home.1 We affirm.<...
