Case Summary

Appellant-defendant Derrick Love ("Love") appeals his convictions for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver1 as a Class A felony and possession of marijuana2 as a Class A misdemeanor. We affirm in part and vacate in part and remand for resentencing.
