This appeal arises from a judgment ordering rescission of the sale of a John Deere tractor purchased by the plaintiff, George W. Chambers, at a farm auction on June 7, 1997. Judgment was rendered against Defendant, Kenny Kennington (incorrectly named as Kenneth in the pleadings and briefs), who conducted the auction of the tractor, and Mr. Kennington's company, KDK Farms, Inc.
