Plaintiff Jerry Sanderlin appeals the district court's order granting Defendant Seminole Tribe of Florida ("Tribe")'s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Sanderlin also appeals the district court's denial of his motion for reconsideration as well as that court's denial of his motion to compel certain jurisdiction-related discovery.
