On May 16, 2000, Momar, Inc. ("Momar"), sued Sam Schneider, alleging that Schneider, a former employee, breached a noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreement contained in an employment contract between the parties. Momar sought a judgment declaring that Schneider had violated the provisions of the employment contract, and sought to have Schneider preliminarily and permanently enjoined from further violating the provisions...
