These appeals arise from a divorce judgment. Teresa Anne Robinson and Robert Dale Robinson were married on February 28, 1987. One child, a son, was born of the marriage. The wife filed a divorce complaint on July 29, 1999. The husband answered the complaint and filed a counterclaim for a divorce, on September 20, 1999, requesting custody of the minor son, child support, and a property division.
