¶ 1. The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance (Commission) filed a formal complaint charging Sharkey County Justice Court Judge Ellis Willard with judicial misconduct. The formal complaint was twice amended by the Commission without objection from Willard. The complaint consists of 31 counts of alleged misconduct.
