Defendant-Appellant Edward M. Sanders appeals from his conviction by a jury of possessing a silencer not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). He was sentenced to a term of fifty-one months and three years supervised release.1 On appeal, his sole contention is that the evidence was insufficient.
