Between 1993 and 1998, the parties executed various agreements concerning sales, licensing, and servicing of computer equipment and software for the plaintiff's business. As a result of a dispute regarding the computer system's Y2K compliance, this action was filed. The defendant sought to dismiss the action with the exception of prematurity, contending that in the event of a dispute, the initial 1993 contract between the parties required arbitration....
