This is an action challenging the Georgia law that restricts the issuance of Georgia driver's licenses to illegal aliens. It is before the Court on the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 4] and Plaintiff's Motion to Remand [Doc. 5]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is granted.
