PER CURIAM.

Paul Cardali, Jr. seeks review of the trial court's order denying his petition for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We affirm.

Cardali was charged with first-degree murder, sexual battery and kidnapping. The jury found Cardali guilty of the lesser included offense of second-degree murder, and kidnapping, but acquitted Cardali of the sexual battery charge...
