Defendant/Appellant, Graylyn Jackson, appeals the judgment of the trial court sentencing him to 49 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence on each of his seven counts of armed robbery, and 25 years without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence on one count of attempted armed robbery. Jackson alleges, among other things, that his imposed sentence is constitutionally and statutorily excessive...
