Plaintiffs Robert Wayne O'Ferrell and Mary Anne Martin (formerly Mary Anne O'Ferrell)1 appeal from the District Court's grant of summary judgment dismissing a portion of their lawsuit, and from the District Court's subsequent dismissal of the balance of the lawsuit after a bench trial.
