Petitioner Hamid Mohammed seeks review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") of the Immigration and Naturalization Service ("INS") ordering him removed to his native Trinidad. The BIA found in pertinent part that Mohammed, as an "aggravated felon," was not eligible for any discretionary relief from deportation.
