Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the defendant, Curtis L. Woodard, entered a Crosby plea to conspiracy to distribute cocaine, a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance, contrary to the provisions of La. R.S. 40:979 and 40:967. He was sentenced to serve five years imprisonment at hard labor.
