Baron appeals from an order of the circuit court sitting in its appellate capacity, which dismissed her appeal from the county court for failure to file a brief. The proper remedy in this case for Baron would have been to petition this court for a writ of certiorari. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.030(b)(2)(B).
