PER CURIAM.

NATURE OF CASE

Asher L. Stoller, the appellant, sought reimbursement from the Nebraska State Bar Commission (Bar Commission) and the Nebraska State Bar Association (Bar Association) for costs and damages allegedly incurred as a result of Stoller's application for admission to the Bar Association. For the reasons stated herein, we conclude that Stoller's appeal has not been timely perfected and must therefore be dismissed.
