Case Summary

Ronald B. Hunter appeals the trial court's denial of his Motion to Vacate Judgment following the adoption of Carrie Colaric's biological child. Hunter claims that, as the putative father, he had a right to receive notice of the adoption proceedings. He also asserts that the trial court failed to appoint him counsel. Because we find that Hunter failed to register with the Indiana Putative Father's Registry,
