Sandra Halsey brings this interlocutory appeal of a denial of her motion for summary judgment. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem.Code Ann. § 51.014 (Vernon Supp. 2001). Halsey brings one point of error contending she was protected by derived judicial immunity, and therefore, the trial court erred in denying her motion for summary judgment.
