JOHNSON v. STATE

No. 1D01-1031.

800 So.2d 696 (2001)

Darrell JOHNSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

November 30, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Nancy Daniels, Public Defender, and P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, and James W. Rogers, Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tallahassee, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

Appellant challenges an order denying his motion seeking postconviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Although the trial court has determined that appellant was sentenced to a specific term pursuant to the provisions of a negotiated plea agreement, the trial court has not attached documents conclusively showing that appellant is entitled to no relief under Heggs v.
