Defendant/appellant Kemo Charles appeals the judgment of the trial court finding him guilty of armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. Charles was accused of robbing taxicab driver Ronald Johnson at gunpoint on the morning of August 25, 1999. Charles alleges that there was insufficient evidence presented at trial to convict him of the crime and that the sentence imposed by the trial court was excessive.
