Appellant Frederick Thompson appeals his conviction for distribution of crack cocaine. Mr. Thompson alleges (1) that the government breached its plea agreement with him; and (2) that the federal indictment filed against him and the sentence he received were in violation of the rule introduced by the Supreme Court in Apprendi v. New Jersey, 530 U.S. 466, 120 S.Ct. 2348, 147 L.Ed.2d 435 (2000). We exercise jurisdiction...
