WILLIAMS, Judge.

The defendant, Michael O'Shay Lowery was convicted as charged of second degree murder, aggravated kidnapping and obstruction of justice, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1, LSA-R.S. 14:44 and 14:130.1, respectively. The trial court sentenced the defendant to serve two consecutive sentences of life imprisonment for the second degree murder and aggravated kidnapping convictions, and twenty years at hard labor for the obstruction of justice conviction. ...
