¶ 1. Pursuant to a jury trial, the appellant and defendant below, Victor Wilder, was found guilty of armed robbery and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for armed robbery and to twenty years for aggravated assault, to run concurrently with the sentence for armed robbery. Wilder was sixteen years of age at the time of trial and had a ninth grade education...
