Wilbye Telemaque appeals his convictions, entered on a plea of guilty, of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and conspiracy to do the same.1 He argues first that the district court meddled in plea negotiations in violation of Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(e)(1), and second that the district court failed adequately to inform him of the nature of the charges against him, as Rule 11(c) requires.
