Keith Phillips (Phillips), as Personal Representative for the Estate of Sylvia Nightengale Phillips, deceased, appeals from the trial court's entry of a directed verdict against him prior to the completion of his case in chief in a medical malpractice action against Ralph Guarneri, M.D. (Guarneri).
