No. 23, filed September 26, 2000), Defendant's Opposition to the Motion (Doc. No. 31, filed December 29, 2000), and Plaintiffs' Reply Brief (Doc. No. 37, filed January 26, 2001). On February 22, 2001, the Court heard oral argument on Plaintiffs' Motion.
