The question presented by this appeal is whether the Circuit Court for Cecil County erred in vacating a judgment filed in that court pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, Md.Code (1998 Repl.Vol., 2000 Supp.), Cts. & Jud. Proc. § 11-801 et seq., on the ground that the Massachusetts court that entered the judgment lacked jurisdiction over the person of the defendant.
