After pleading guilty to three violations of 18 U.S.C. § 371 and 18 U.S.C. § 2251(a) & (b), defendant Jarrod Sean Thomas Julian was sentenced to 210 months' imprisonment. He was ordered to pay restitution of $3,195 for past medical and counseling expenses to one of his child victims and the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
