This appeal challenges a trial judge's dismissal of a claim of invasion of privacy arising out of a television broadcast. The trial judge ruled that plaintiff failed to establish any of the elements necessary to establish a cause of action for invasion of privacy against the broadcaster. Plaintiff filed this appeal, asserting that the trial judge erred in finding that: (1) he did not have a privacy interest in the broadcast; (2) the broadcast was true...
