[¶ 1] Orlyn Wanstrom appealed from a district court judgment affirming a North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau denial of Wanstrom's claim for disability benefits. The Bureau concluded Wanstrom's employment as a firefighter was not a substantial contributing factor in the causation of his lung disease, therefore the N.D.C.C. § 65-01-02(18)(d) presumption his lung condition was suffered in the line of duty was successfully rebutted...
