¶ 1 This is an appeal from the June 8, 2000, order of the Court of Common Pleas, Westmoreland County denying Appellant's petition filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. William Mike Fiore's sole argument on appeal is whether the PCRA Court erred in denying a new trial based on a finding that Appellant's after-discovered evidence was of questionable credibility...
