Image Auto had advertised the automobile in an automobile sales magazine circulated in Alabama, and after Bray saw the automobile in the magazine Bray traveled to Florida to purchase it. The odometer on the automobile had been tampered with before Bray purchased it, and Bray signed an affidavit prepared by Image Auto...
