Plaintiff Linda J. Bennett filed this action against defendant Quark, Inc. alleging unlawful discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34 (ADEA). She alleges that defendant failed to promote her on two separate occasions and constructively discharged her because of her age.
