Petitioner-Appellant Robert Allen Ward appeals the district court's denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 habeas petition alleging that his state court sentence violated the Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution. This is the second appeal we have heard regarding Ward's § 2254 petition. We remanded the first appeal to the district court so that it could clarify the uncertainty as to "the exact parameters...
