Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder, M.C.L. § 750.316, first-degree felony murder, M.C.L. § 750.316, attempted murder, M.C.L. § 750.91, arson of a dwelling house, M.C.L. § 750.72, assault with intent to rob while unarmed, M.C.L. § 750.88, and unlawfully driving away an automobile (UDAA), M.C.L. § 750.413.
