The defendant, Harry Julius Ahlfeldt, IV, was tried by a jury and found guilty of the offense of battery of a police officer, a violation of La.R.S. 14:34.2. He was sentenced to serve two years at hard labor, with one year suspended, placed on two years supervised probation, and ordered to pay court costs.
