This wrongful death claim, originally filed in Texas state court in 1994, was subsequently removed to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. Pursuant to a motion to dismiss for forum non conveniens, Mrs. Hyler's claims against the Defendants were transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
