Plaintiff Dwight Sasser filed this lawsuit in Alabama state court against, among others, defendant Ford Motor Company alleging state-law claims. After the state court dismissed the other defendants, Ford removed the lawsuit to this court under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1441(a), based on diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332.
