A jury found Timothy Wiley guilty of attempted murder and theft by taking.1 On appeal, Wiley contends that the State failed to disprove his entrapment defense beyond a reasonable doubt. Wiley also contends that the trial court erred in charging the jury. These contentions lack merit, and we affirm Wiley's convictions. We nonetheless remand the case to the trial court so that Wiley may pursue his claim that he received ineffective...
